The facility has 82 tanks ranging in size from 6,400 gallons to 40,100 gallons located in a temperature controlled building. We have the ability to master blend your large or small bottling blends, store wine for long or short periods of time, rack off of lees, micro-ox with your equipment, add oak alternatives while aging, stir tanks, remove O2, and make SO2 and other additions as needed.
